TRACES Prosecco, is the latest addition to the TRACES range. A refined, refreshing Italian Prosecco that pairs indulgence with balance and mindful drinking. Already known for our Sauvignon Blanc, Red and Rosé, TRACES takes sophistication to the next level with this guilt-free sparkling. Like the rest of our range, it’s completely sugar-free.
The Vineyard
TRACES Prosecco is made in a sustainable vineyard in Northern Italy.
The perfect terroir for growing grapes is further enhanced by knowledge passed down from generation to generation at the family vineyard. In early September, the grapes are carefully selected and slowly pressed for their delicate, fresh juice. Once the primary fermentation has taken place, the secondary fermentation commences where the still white wine will be transformed into a magnificent spumante.
